US orders are now shipping out with USPS via a Canada courier service until further notice.
Canada orders are sent via other local courier services due to Canada Post strike.
Shipping method
Shipping origin is either Hong Kong (by Hong Kong Post) or Canada (by Canada Post), base on the time of the year. If Canada Post is on strike, we will ship it out with other local couriers.
Your order is shipped via registered air mail, E-express (HK) or Expedited Post (CA). If all services above are not available we will send it out via registered surface or other available options. We cannot ship to certain countries, so please check if your region is on the suspension list before ordering:

DELIVERY SERVICE ALERT
Package via air usually arrives in 7~ 21 days internationally. Surface mail may take up to 3 months. However estimated arrival time will be affected by holiday, weather and custom.
Duties, tax and VAT
VAT or import tax etc., are not included. Duties may apply to your order when arriving. We will only fill the items declaration form in exact price.
BigCartel automatically calculate, collect, and remit any applicable U.S. sales tax on all orders shipping to and within the U.S. & Puerto Rico.
Defective items and return
Contact us if you received damaged or defective items with images provided within 7 days of receiving item, so we can sort it out ASAP. However, we are not responsible for any damages or lost during postal service. Refund not available when items arrived without problem.
Make sure the address and telephone number are correct. We cannot make a refund when the address is incorrect and recipient fail to receive.
You may use nickname as recipient, however if you fail to collect it (unmatched ID card name etc), resulting in package being returned to us, we cannot offer to ship it out for free again.
In short- we can only resend the parcel if it's sent back from the incorrect address, plus, extra new shipping fee is required.
Please know this is a small business, transaction fee is non refundable under cancellation. We can only refund part of your money (subtract the transaction fee we paid) if you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Thanks for the understanding!
My order has not arrived yet
According to HK Post, major destinations-including the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and Brazil etc., have ceased to provide tracking information of registered mail. That means- you will be able to track the package until it leaves for destination country on HK Post tracking. If you have not received your order after 2 months from the shipping date, please contact us through the shop contact form ASAP, we will contact HK Post to get it sorted out.
