Shipping:
We ship your order through tracked airmail or E-express. If both are not available we will send it out via tracked surface service. We cannot ship to certain countries, so please check if your region is on the suspension list before ordering:

VAT or import tax etc not included (for USA orders, BigCartel collects taxes automatically when checkout). Duties may apply to your order when arriving. We will only fill the items declaration form in exact price.


Defective items and return:
Contact us if you received damaged or defective items with images provided within 7 days of receiving item, so we can sort it out asap. However, we are not responsible for any damages or lost during postal service. Refund not available when items arrived without problem.

Make sure the address and telephone number are correct. We cannot make a refund when the address is incorrect and recipient failing to receive. We can only resend the parcel if it's sent back from the incorrect address, plus, extra new shipping fee is required.

Please know this is a small business, PayPal transaction fee is non refundable under cancellation. We can only refund part of your money (subtract the transaction fee we paid) if you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Thanks for the understanding!

My order has not arrived yet:
According to HK Post, major destinations-including the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and Brazil etc., have ceased to provide tracking information of registered mail. If you have not received your order after 2 months from the shipping date, please contact us through the shop contact form asap, it is either lost, or unclaimed (unsuccessful delivery) and on the way back to us:)
