Contact us if you received damaged or defective items with images provided within 7 days of receiving, so we can sort it out asap. However, we are not responsible for any damages or lost during postal service. Refund not available when items arrived without problem.

Make sure the address and telephone number are correct. We cannot make a refund when the address is incorrect and recipient failing to receive. We can only resend the parcel if it's sent back from the incorrect address, plus, extra new shipping fee is required.

Please know this is a small business, PayPal transaction fee is non refundable under cancellation. We can only refund part of your money (subtract the transaction fee we paid) if you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Thanks for the understanding!
