GhostFox plushie

**Due to the size, GhostFox plushie cannot be shipped with A4 or larger sized prints. Please order them in separate orders. However, A5 or smaller sized prints and charms (smaller items) are totally fine.**

**D grade: no missing limbs, but rather sloppy stitches/ filling shown on the side(s) of the plushie, or minor defects on the cowl. A quick hand stitch should be able to fix the issue(s). Will not come with extra GhostFox keychains (as they are all gone I'm sorry T_T!). Let me know in the shop's form if you want a sample image of a D grade plushie.**

*There may be some embroidery stabiliser around the embroidery threads. You may want to pluck them off with tweezers, but they probably will fall off on their own after some time.

*His fur on the face is long if you are confident enough you can trim it a bit but it you do, we cannot issue a refund. Please consider and check your GhostFox before trimming!

*Do not wash, tumble dry or dry clean. Clean with lint roller or damp cloth/ wet wipes.

VAT or import tax etc not included. Duties may apply to your order when arriving. We will only fill the items declaration form in exact price.

Contact us if you received damaged or defective items with images provided within 7 days of receiving, so we can sort it out. However, we are not responsible for any damages or lost during postal service. Refund not available when items arrived without problem.

Make sure the address and telephone number are correct. We cannot make a refund when the address is incorrect and recipient failing to receive. We can only resend the parcel if it's sent back from the incorrect address, plus, extra new shipping fee is required.

Please know this is a small business, PayPal transaction fee is non refundable under cancellation. We can only refund part of your money (subtract the transaction fee we paid) if you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Thanks for the understanding!
